Your details stay yours.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the details you choose to provide in the form: your name, email address, nearest city, joining preference, interests, current platform use, how you heard about us and any optional comments. We record the experience you explicitly select (After Hours or Common Ground), together with campaign details supplied by the link you use. After Hours registration may indicate an interest in intimate exploration; we do not infer your sexuality or relationship status from that choice. We also record whether and when you verify your email address, and whether you separately choose to receive marketing emails.

How we use it

We first send a private verification email to confirm that the address belongs to you. We then use your information to understand our prospective community, shape Three Pillars and contact verified registrants with relevant research invitations or early-access information. If you separately tick the optional marketing box, we may also send occasional emails about launch news, events and membership offers.

How we protect it

Your registration information is held using secure systems. Access is limited to authorised people and the trusted service providers who need it to operate the registration list for us. Verification links are time-limited, and the working verification token is not stored in readable form.

Your choices

The marketing choice is optional and does not affect your registration. You may unsubscribe from marketing, ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw from updates at any time by emailing hello@threepillarsapp.com.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your personal information, share it with other members or pass it to unrelated organisations for their marketing. Information is only processed by service providers needed to run our registration list, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.
